About These Terms — These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Total Flow Systems. By purchasing, accessing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Our Services — Total Flow Systems provides done-for-you business automation systems, individually or as the Total Flow Complete suite, including custom-built automations, integrations and AI workflows quoted separately. Fees and Payment — Setup fees are payable before deployment begins. Monthly fees are billed in advance and recur until cancelled. Third-Party Usage Costs — SMS, voice, WhatsApp and AI/LLM usage costs are billed separately or through your own accounts. Free Trial — We may offer a 14-day free trial, provided as is for evaluation. Client Responsibilities — You must provide timely access, hold required permissions, use services lawfully and safeguard your own credentials. Third-Party Tools and Integrations — Your use of external platforms is governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their downtime or changes. Deployment, Customisation and Maintenance — Timelines are estimates and depend on cooperation and third-party access. Intellectual Property — Our underlying automation frameworks, templates, workflows, code, methods and materials remain ours; your data remains yours. Data and Privacy — We process data only as needed to deliver, maintain and improve services, in line with our Privacy Policy. Cancellation and Termination — Setup fees and current billing fees are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise. Service Availability and Disclaimers — Services are provided as is and as available. Limitation of Liability — Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months before the event. Confidentiality — Both parties keep non-public business information confidential. Changes to These Terms — We may update these Terms and revise the Last updated date. Governing Law — These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
